TS4- Runaway Teen Lovers Chapter 8: Tying Up Loose Ends

Chapter 8

 Rome catches the last fish he needed, a wolf eel in the Forgotten Grotto.

Yesss!

Rome takes Renaissance Sim as his 2nd aspiration.  Since he needed to get a skill up and Vincent needed mental they play chess.  Jules paints and Zora plays violin.  This is the way things are in the house for days.

Rome reads to Vincent.

Rome was playing chess one night and Juliet showed up and played too.

In the morning she sits and talks to Vincent.  I had hoped that Romeo and Juliet would show up at the same time and interact with each other but they never did.

Rome joins the Culinary career as the first career to reach level 3 in and takes over cooking duties.

I had it on high speed so I didn't catch the big splash on the screen.  Juliet completed her last masterpiece and her aspiration.  Her new aspiration is Bestselling Author.

Rome's last fish and Jules's last painting.

Vincent works tirelessly at finishing the Whiz Kid aspiration.

Zora reaches 10 in violin.

Once she's finished writing the violin songs she needs for her aspiration Zora begins to learn the guitar.

The night before Vincent's birthday I wasn't sure if he'd manage to max the mental skill so he took a sleep replacement potion and a vacation day from school.

I guess the potion wasn't needed after all.  He completed his 2nd aspiration with time to spare!

Once Zora wakes up she mentors Vincent on the violin.

She completes her aspiration!

It's time for Vincent's birthday and the grandparents are invited.  This is the first time they've seen any of them other than Rome's dad since they ran away as teens.

Vincent blows out the candles.

I took him into CAS to fix his horrible outfit and when I exited out everyone was in their party clothes, lol.  So this isn't his every day outfit.  I had a terrible time trying to pick an aspiration for him.  He completed a creative and mental childhood aspiration so he had those boosts... but I didn't want another artist.  I thought seriously about making him a Soulmate aspiration but at the last moment changed my mind to Nerd Brain and gave him the genius trait.

Don't worry.  This reunion isn't goodbye.

All 8 of them are moving to my neighborhood rotation Keeping Up with the Jones's!  I even saved the house to put on the same lot there.  You didn't think I could just stop playing them did you?  ;)

TS4- Runaway Teen Lovers Chapter 7: Cave Fishing

Chapter 7

 Dad needs to catch 4 more new fish for his aspiration so the family takes a day of vacation to Granite Falls.  Unfortunately the cost hadn't even occurred to me until after they were there.  Luckily they still had the tent from the beginning of the challenge but Jules had to scramble to find some gatherables to sell to buy a second tent.  At one point they didn't even have enough money to grill out and Rome had to sell a few fish so he could grill.

The kids play horseshoes while mom makes grilled fruit.

At first Rome doesn't catch any new fish, then he does and it doesn't count for his aspiration!  The whole trip was for nothing.  Once I realize the Granite Falls fish don't help his aspiration they head back to the campsite.

Jules tells them a ghost story before bed.

A little tent action for old times sake.

They return home and it's back to the plan of maxing Rome's handiness to get into the Forgotten Grotto.

Jules reads a book to Zora.

Then it's Zora's teenage birthday already!

She turned out adorable!  She's a musical genius and creative since she was already like level 4 in violin before aging up.

I finally give in and get Jules an easel.  I liked the idea of her going to town to paint at the easels around the world but since Rome had to work on his handiness she was just sitting around.  She sells a masterpiece for over $3,500!  The best part is they can chat while they work.

Such a creative family.

Oh yes it's happening!  Rome is tearing down those boards and seeing what's on the other side!

It's a beautiful cave.  He stays for about half a day and finds 3 new fish.  He has one left before completing his aspiration and Jules needs, I think, 2 more masterpieces.

Chapter 8

TS4- Runaway Teen Lovers Chapter 6: Baby and Birthdays!

Chapter 6

 When we left the teens Jules had just gone into labor.  Rome goes into a pre-parental panic.  I got a blue bassinet for luck.

Yay!  It's a boy!  His name is Vincent.

That night Romeo haunts the house and helps take care of the baby.  Who knew ghosts were so good with diapers?

While at school Zora gets a text from a friend to ditch.  I've never gotten this before so of course she had to ditch so I could check it out.

Too funny!

She meets the kid at The Ruins which have absolutely nothing that kids can do so after talking for a few minutes she goes home.

I can't call them "the teens" anymore!  First Rome ages up.  His last trait is loner.

Then Jules, her last trait is family oriented.

Right after their birthdays Rome's dad texts him.

(Grr forgot to hit tab)

Aldofo knocks on the door having not seen his son in years.

When Rome calls Zora out to introduce her Adolfo is shocked!  It's the little girl from the pool!

Another ghostly babysitter and yet again I forgot to hit tab!

Rome fishes all day in the pool in Oasis Springs while Jules stays home with the baby and doesn't get one new fish.

He gets a woodworking table in hopes that that he can increase his handiness and get into the boarded up entrance he saw while fishing.

Omg I did it again!  I'm going to have to start checking the screenshots before I unpause!  

Vincent ages up to child.

Chapter 7

TS4- Runaway Teen Lovers Chapter 5: Fishing for Fishes!

Chapter 5

Sorry there haven't been any posts for a few days, I've been thinking over the baby issue.

We catch up with the little family spending time together.

Erm guys?  We're here so that Zora can use the monkey bars not so you can... nevermind.

All Zora needs for her aspiration is to cross the monkey bars 3 times.

Tada!  Now she wants to be an artistic prodigy like mom.

When they get home Rome tells Jules he wants to try for another baby.  A little brother or sister for Zora.

The bathroom is so tiny there's no way the camera is fitting in there... she's pregnant!

The next day is Saturday and Zora doesn't have school so she swims while her mom paints and dad fishes.  She attempts to do a backflip but does a belly flop instead.

 She talks to the nice man that cheered for her when she was diving... never knowing it's her own grandfather!

The house is expanded to it's maximum 10x10 size in preparation for the little one on the way.  Rome wanted a tv so I made them a little living-room area.  They also finally got some windows.

They go to the park in Willow Creek so that Rome can try to catch some different fish.  Mother and daughter cloudgaze while they wait.

The next day they venture to Sylvan Glade in yet another attempt to catch some different fish.

Zora feels mommy's belly while they wait for her to go into labor.

And she does a few minutes later!  We'll have to wait for the next chapter to see what it is!
